What we promise
We will sequence your sample to the depth and standard described in your report. We will interpret it using science we publish. We will re-analyse for free if a major finding changes within 24 months.
What we ask of you
Provide accurate sample collection and personal data. Tell your practitioner before acting on a result. Don't share your raw report with parties we haven't authorised.
Refunds
Full refund before sample arrives at lab. 50% refund if sequencing fails on a re-collected sample. No refund once interpretation is complete.
